Malcolm is a Registered Valuer and member of the Property Institute and Institute of Valuers and has over 19 years of experience.
Malcolm came to Kerikeri in 1990 to work for the Government Valuation Department and in 1997 joined Moir Valuations Ltd becoming a partner in 1999 then subsequently taking over in 2002.
Malcolm offers a prolific knowledge of the area and specialises in residential, rural, lifestyle, orchards, coastal properties, dairy farms and subdivision property valuations. He covers all of the Bay of Islands and surrounding areas – including Kerikeri and surrounds, Kaitaia, Mangonui & Cable Bay and the Far North, Russell, Paihia, Kaikohe and the Hokianga.
